Aloe Vera is a plant species of the genus Aloe. This plant is an evergreen perennial and it originates in the Arabian Peninsula, but grows wild in tropical, semi-tropical and arid climates around the world. The Aloe Vera is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal uses. This species is also used for decorative purposes and can grow successfully indoors as a potted plant.


Aloe Vera is found in a lot of consumer products including beverages, skin lotions, cosmetics, ointments or in the form of gel for minor burns and sunburns.


What are the benefits?

1) Aloe Vera is good for teeth and gums because it helps prevent cavities and it’s more effective if you use a toothpaste or tooth gel that contains Aloe Vera.


2) Constipation: A regulatory herb agency in Germany approved the use of Aloe Vera for constipation treatment. Dosages of 50-200 milligrams of Aloe latex are commonly taken in liquid or capsule for 10 days.
